The real problem with Wainright is a severe lack of loyalty. I have been a renter from them for over 6 years, spanning 2 separate complexes.
I have lived in my current unit for over 3 years...>(half of the building is empty, because of the quality of apartments.)So out of the blue they start hassling me... random noise complaints, when I am friends with all my neighbors. (No one called one us.... I asked). So things calmed down till after Christmas... when I receive a random 30 day notice to vacate today......
So no warning or explanation, besides the fact that my lease had become month to month and they had the right to cancel the lease at any time......
Smart move wainright, lets kick out our loyal clientele in a half-empty building by a bloody swamp.... I'm so glad that my fiance and I are moving out now.... chance to be done with these slime balls.
I will make it my mission to warn anyone else away from WPN......... they are horrible.....I guess the 50k+ that ive paid these last 6 years earns you no loyalty at all
