Not very happy. I had a pair of mens shoes repaired at centos and the heels and soles of the shoe that were replaced were very cheap in comparison to the original sole, I heels are spongier so I have to constantly try to remove small pieces of rocks and glass from them before I get in my car . The sole replacement was super thin and whore-out in less that a year, the replacement process was suppose to be 5 to 7 days and shoes were supposed to be shined. 2 weeks go by shoes not ready but no biggy, I give them 2 more weeks just for good measure, shoes were done but no shine, no heel savers added to shoes. So all in all The owners a nice guy but I don't think I will have another pair of shoes repaired there.
