Our experience with purchasing a custom gas fireplace insert at Thompson's Hearth & Home was first class. Our quest to buy a new fireplace insert took us to about 7 suppliers, including Thompson's Hearth & Home, located throughout King County.
What set Thompson's apart from the others was 1) superior product knowledge & expertise and 2) no pressure sales. We were not disappointed - throughout the whole experience, from initial order through installation, both Guy, Nicole and team provided outstanding customer service that went above and beyond.
If you're in the market for anything fireplace related, Thompson's should be at the top of your list and I would highly recommend them because they will go the extra mile to make sure they provide (and install) the right solution for your needs.
