I searched for upholstery shops after my Son came into town for the Holidays who is stationed in Fort Drum N.Y.and drove many miles on a not so comfortable seat. After leaving Texas they stopped in Ne.overnight, and finally Chicago to see the rest of the family. Needless to say I too placed a blind call to James' shop. Well let me tell you that I received nothing short of Excellent Service. I spoke directly to James, thursday before Christmas and explained the short period of time that my son would be in town, and will be leaving on the 26th. I was impressed by his willing to help since he was pressed in time. James arranged for John, a Tech to re-foam the seat that same afternoon. And let me say this, it is quality work!! That was my eperience dealing directly with James, therefore I will be in touch with him for other upholstery needs, per our last conversation!!
