Review content:
I went for spider vein laser & the NP said said no problem, I put money down as payment. A month later I arrived for treatment, paid the remainder $500 and was told I was NOT a suitable candidate ( a total waste of my time).
Now the real problem: I was told they had " reversed" the second payment of almost $500 . Since it had already posted on my VISA I tried to tactfully say no, I thought they needed to refund me my money. The kept saying just to wait, the reversal would come through. Of course it did not. I got a call 4 days later saying they needed to give me a credit, not reversal, I was right, and took my card number again. They blamed my bank, saying they were "holding the credit". Tonight it went through as another debit! So now they owe me over $1000 for no service rendered and I am trying to recover my money.
This was the Lake Norman center in NC exit 23. Personally they are all sweet but incompetent when it comes to clinical judgement and billing. Run like the wind -- there have to be better places than this!
