Sona Medspa of Memphis is always extremely courteous when I call to make appointments. They're right there and happy to take care of things and work around my schedule. There's been a different technician each time I've been there. It would be nice if I had the same technician each time, but that might just be turnover or scheduling.
There was an issue where they inadvertently charged my credit card for another customer's service, but they let go of the person who was responsible for the error.

Thank you so much for your review. I wanted to let you know we try to meet any request you may have for a favorite provider. In addition we have been very blessed to have our providers with us for years...one of our nurses is now going on her 7th year with us. The staff vacations and their various work schedules in addition to the amount of clients we treat is the reason for you having different providers. Please let the gals know when you schedule your next appointment whom you would like to be with and we will do our best to make that happen and thanks again....
