At 49, my metabolism had almost ground to a stop. I was exercising 6 days a week and eating smaller portions but I could not lose weight. After going to Sona and committing to the MediSlim program, I cannot believe how easy it was for me to start losing weight that I had been trying to lose by myself for over 3 years.
