Just needed to take some time out of my busy schedule to write this well deserved review of my experiance with this transmission shop.frist of all they are very polite when answering the phone,I told him that all I knew is that my transmission had gone out,and I needed aprice,well he was very honest and told me that he couldn't give me an exact price,I mentioned to him that I had called other places and had given me a price and I just wanted to compare them.He told me that to give me a price with out any surprices at the last minute(been there done that at other shops)they needed to do a diagnose at no charge(free)and then we could go from there,he would then know what price to give me and tell me what my car needed done.I told him that I was not able to drive my car it won't move,He offered me a free wrecker too.They didn't take long at all,after getting there and seeing how busy they were.I was very surprised of how clean and neat the shop was,they were all very professional looking and very concered of each and every customer that was there.After no waiting long they had a price and a fact to the problem of my car.The price was not bad at all,compare to the priced the other shops had given me without knowing what the problem was.I get paid monthly so I don't have the money right now,they offer financing so that was not a problem.They even went the extra mile in getting me a rental car while they worked on my car,did not take long,next day my car was ready and has been working like new.Thanks guys you all are AWESOME!!keep up the good work..
