Review content:
We first used Builders Interiors when replacing the floors in our rental property. Ty's team did a great job on the install and Ty provided invaluable advice when we were making our selections (i.e. on price, quality, brand, etc). Not a year later, there was a flooding incident at the property and the floors needed replaced. Naturally, we went back to Builders Interiors since they did such a great job on the first go-around. We were just as thrilled with Ty's team on the second install...they replaced the damaged flooring and installed new tile in the bathroom. Again, Ty provided invaluable advice on the new tile and "old" floors (i.e. replacing pad vs new carpeting, extending laminate to other areas, etc). Living overseas and trying to replace/pick out flooring is not an ideal situation, but Ty and his team made it as seamless of process as they were able to. They were reliable and excellent service providers. We will use them again and have already recommended them to our friends/family in the area!
