I have had 3 homes in which I've had windows done by Charles Window & Door. On top of that, I was able to convince our condo association to buy Charles Windows for the whole complex. The quality of the work is why I continue using them. We had looked at about 6 different window manufacturers, and I found Charles Window through Diamond Certified.
Nico is refreshingly open and honest, and I get along with all of the installers well, they have great communication. Everyone from the top to the bottom has been friendly.
Three years before we bought the windows for our Inverness house, we had the estimator come out and take measurements and do an estimate. We spent a lot of time with her because we were concerned about view, daylight, etc. Three years later we came back to order the windows and I was amazed that they still had the measurements on file with the estimate.
