By far the best experience I have had with any vendor since moving to San Anselmo 2 years ago! If you are going to purchase any windows, doors or patio doors, you MUST at least consider Charles Window and Door. The experience starts with the sweetest lady named Louis and continues from the top of the owner named Nikko to the amazing team of Yuri, Chris, Sean and Vadim who installed my new sliding doors. I am a tough consumer and I put all the vendors through the ringer and found out at the end that I did not have to do that since Niko's original pricing was already the fairest and best I could find. Then the measurements were perfect and the installation was without a flaw. I am serious, these guys did the best job of any contractor or vendor I have dealt with right down to the last spec of dirt that they cleaned before they left the site. Besides deciding on this family owned business, I am also glad that I used them to install the doors as no contractor that I have worked with could have done even as close of a good job. Before deciding on another company, at a minimum you need to give these guys a chance for the business. You will absolutely be glad that you did!
