It seems like the guys working there don't have the experience to fix my car. I go there to get my oil change and was notified about loose parts on my car. And I guess if they were to be left alone that my tires would wear uneven. So be concerned about my new tires I went ahead and approves my repairs. An hour goes by and I get called that my car needs another part that went bad in the process of repairing my car. Ok I figured things happen so I said go ahead and fix it. I later get a call back that now something else is wrong. So for them to just hurry up and get my car done i told the sales person to just get it finished as soon as possible. 4 hours later I call in and find out it was done. My final price is now 200 dollars higher and my car's steering wheel is stained. So I asked for my old parts to show my brother who is a retired Mercedes master mechanic and said some of these parts were still ok. They just needed to be greased. He showed me the difference in the one bad part which was pretty worn and the others. There was a large difference in looseness. I feel repairs here aren't completely true about your vehicles. I would ask to see the replaced parts next time I get service done to my cars.
