WE had a great experience. I am a stay-at-home mom and usually dont like having work men out to the house. They made me feel comfortable and not pressured to make a decision or feel like they were scamming me. My husband was out of town when this problem occurred and they took the time to talk with him and send him photos over the phone. My father stopped by (he is 69 years old) and they were super respectful to him as he was of course checking things out. I would gladly recommend them to friends and even request the same workers back to my house for future problems.
