Thank -you so much! Our AC unit went out and I called late in the day. I was told someone could come right out.... and they actually did!
We were thrilled by the quick service and friendly staff.
Josh took the time to explain exactly what was going on with the system and clearly explained how it would be fixed.
It was so nice to have an honest and reliable person to talk with.
In the past we have used another big name company in the area and we were extremely dissatisfied with the work done as well as the employee.
Too often it seems like we are greeted by dishonest employees that are trying to up sell you. That was not the case with Josh. He was very patient and caring. And... he was very quick to fix the problem and check that it was working properly.
A friend of ours referred us to Syntrol and this was our first time calling them. I am so glad that we did. We will definitely refer them to our friends in the future.
