I have been a Volvo owner since 1996, and as my car has aged, the repairs were getting out of sight. But I discovered Ian at Maitland Imports who diagnosed a problem that could have resulted in a very serious accident and promptly replaced the part. He also helped me reduce my costs to replace other aging parts, and saved me a considerable amount of money. He has demonstrated that he has his customer's best interests in mind with regard to getting the most efficient use of my Volvo at reasonable prices. Communication is one of Ian's great assets, and he has tremendous patience in explaining all aspects of the repair, pros and cons of different alternatives, and has a wealth of knowledge about his business. I am so happy I found Maitland Imports. Other mechanics just took my money or used inferior parts. I have the utmost confidence and respect for the way Maitland Imports treats their customers, and highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of paying higher prices elsewhere and not getting what they paid for. Maitland Imports and Ian are the best!
