Eagle Home Design claims to be upscale designers but they are not! The owner John is is arrogant & not very humble. I am mot a complainer in fact I give much credit when it is due. The work provided was well below my expectations as well as what John sold me on. The Carpenter Ernesto is a true professional along with the electrcian Lenny. There were many flaws in the work that needed constant attention until it was finally completed as promised. If John wasn't so into himself, these things could've been forgiven. We are human & no one is perfect, but when you put yourself on a pedestal, you fall even harder.
