Review content:
We asked our hotel concierge for a nice restaurant, and he got us a reservation at Flemmings. When we arrived and were seated, our waiter already knew our names (from the reservation) and we were treated extraordinarily well the entire evening. We both ordered the sunday-only prime rib special, which was one of the best steaks I'd ever ordered. Mine had very little fat, and while my wife's had a bit more, we were both very happy. We started off with the Brie appetizer (very tasty and filling), followed by a salad. We both had the same though on the salad - each leaf of lettuce had the appropriate amount of dressing on it. Next came our steaks, each with one side. My mushrooms were good, but a little dry. My wife's chipotle mac&cheese was nearly a meal in itself, and very tasty. Finally, we got the chocolate lava cake for desert, and according to my wife, it was ""heaven."" Served with a side of bavarian cream and ice cream, it was the perfect ending to a perfect dinner. That is, until we got the bill and realized we'd be out the door under $45/person. We'll definitely be back, maybe even before we leave town...
Pros: Extraordinary food, Great service
Cons: Don't be cheap - enjoy the experience
