creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

They do not deliver in the time they promised, and then argue with you about it. I ordered 2-3 business day service, and got it in 4 business days. I also requested a 52 page passport for my business needs, and got a 28 page -- they didn't contact me. I had to do all the status checking after no call on Wednesday, when I expected to get my order -- very out of touch. If you order emergency 24 hour service, as it was explained to me, you really get it in 3 days -- one day to ship, one day to process, and one day to ship back. That is not 24 hour service. They do not mean what they say. They told me they don't care, and don't care what I do -- after I paid them hundreds of dollars.
