We were very impressed with Steve Moran when he came for the inspection. We had some plumbing problems and he explained what he found in terms we could understand and wrote everything down and went over it with us.
We were also very impressed with James Alexander. He was also very knowledgeable and told us all that he was going to do. He fixed everything that needed attention and stayed until all work was done. He wrote down everything he did and went over it thoroughly with us. He also gave us some very helpful plumbing hints. He was friendly, polite and considerate and a thoroughly delightful person to work with.
