I had a scheduled review of my system; the service person was nice, but spent more time trying to talk me into more services than attention to my HVAC. He convinced me I must have a new capacitor, which initial quoted cost was $229, then after I said no, the price went to $149. I found the same model on-line for $18!!!!!!! This is greedy profit for a simple item. The service man did not even look at my filter!!! I will not use Solarbear again and do not recommend their services.
