. I went to go look at a 2009 Suzuki SX4 and test drove it and found a few things that needed fixing etc. The salesman was finishing a deal so we agreed I would go back the next day. So I had time to research my cars value etc. I was hoping in to trade in my car brought my KBB printout of its value. My car was worth 8500$ and they offered me 5000$ what an insult then they would not even budge on the price on their car at all. They claimed they looked it up on NADA and I did when I got home and my car was worth 8850$ on NADA, so I got lied to. I had also asked to see the car again because I did not see a GPS system in it when I drove it but they swore it was in there. I was originally told by the salesman that the car was 119XX (we did not discuss the last 2 digits) when I went back in the next day it was 124XX I did get them to drop the price they told me initially, but that is the only thing they did. The manager is a jerk and is condescending towards his customers. Never again I will keep buying privately and save my money in the long run.
