I rented from JMH and think these guys are great. They were always very responsive to any repairs or emails and were very professional. When I moved in, they quickly worked to remove miscellaneous things from the basement and do a few little repairs that were needed because I have small children (e.g. a loose banister). I had to relocate for work and they were very proactive at getting someone to take over my lease - something they didn't necessarily have to do.
I don't quite understand the negative reviews, but I've rented from lots of different people in four different states and these guys are hands down the best. I honestly wish they were still my property managers.
