Mark responded to my call quickly and since the other technicians in my area were busy, he came over to fix the leak under my kitchen sink himself. Although I called Shamrock after 5:00pm Mark showed up within two hours and not only did he do a great job fixing the leak and replacing the water faucet with a new one I had, but since he was already there, I asked if he could also re-route the pvc piping in my hybrid water heater (which by the way, another plumber had done wrong during installation, not allowing enough clearance for the filter to be removed for cleaning). Mark did the entire job for a great price and the quality of his work was excellent; I feel he went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with his work and we have not had any problems with the repairs since. I will definitely call Shamrock if I ever need any plumbing done in my house again and will recommend them to all my friends!!!
