Businiess name:  Arden Courts Of Whippany

Review content:
This is a sinking facility when it comes to quality care and services. I was warned about Arden Courts by a reputable organization, and after visiting, I can attest that it is apparent that Arden Courts is under-staffed, with the rest expressing no hesitations in letting people know they're burned-out. It was obvious some aids lacked training in dementia with witnessed acts of neglect in patient care, and unprofessional attitudes towards visitors and residents. It was a scary thought to think of my loved one there. I was advised not to look at Arden Courts, but giving it the benefit of the doubt, I went to judge for myself. What I can now say to family members looking for quality care? Seek elsewhere! Pros: the residents and a few well- trained staff Cons: where to begin?
