I think I've moved about 10 times in the last 15 years, each time trying out a new mover. With the folks at Prudential, I think I might have actually found folks to stick with.
The sales process was completely straightforward -- no hidden gotchas on price or any sort of b*llsh*t what so ever. The final cost was my original quote plus a few dollars for consumables (packing tape, etc.) -- exactly as I expected!
When it came to the actual move, the movers them selves were on-time, careful, and completely professional. None of my belongings were damaged in any way, everything ended up exactly where I asked. Even what I thought might be a problem -- a tricky staircase to the 2nd floor -- presented no problem at all.
In all, I'm really quite pleased with the experience, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
