Bob Capes has site agents is representing Hurricane Homes selling in Hopkins SC. Buyer beware....
They build homes with many problmes, destroy critical documentation (such as final walkthrough forms), and misrepresent the condition of the homes and lots. They are extremely slow to fix/remedy problems with homes after closing. My advice, find another builder or if you do buy with them ... get your own independendent real estate agent to represent you.
