I wouldn't even give it any stars.. They have out dated clothes and products. Not to mention they should give you an upfront price for your items that you bring in. It's not your job or issue to be there to make sure it is sold or to what price. That is up to the sales person. If they spend the majority of their time behind the counter, or having conversations among themselves. They should be held responsible for that. They have no right take such a huge chuck on the money for my goods. I don't even know if they were actually sold or not. I gave her top name brand items.. Some that had never been used, even some with the price tag still on them! She isn't upfront about this discount, so beware! I brought in Coach high quality name brands.. She took a great matter of things..ranging in the mid-teens. My checks, yes two.. Why I don't know! didn't even amount up to barely over a hundred dollars. I believe the amount was exactly $119.00. She took a pair of my designer shoes that I wore once in immaculate condition that cost me $89.00. Three high end designer bags one rather large leather one from Saks. I could have received a better tax write off than this malarkey!
