Thank you Ashlyn, Christina(? Kristina) and absentee owner Karen Snider( who reportedly lives in Thailand) for failing to provide basic, courteous, and professional customer service on my last attempt to set up an appointment at your location in spite of having been a faithful and excellent client for 20 months.Not even losing your parent( as I recently did) seems to stir their sensibilities. Such arrogance and selfishness. It is nice to know that customers must accomodate Birkdale Haircolor experts and not the other way around. Anyway, I have found a much better and superior stylist as a result and I owe it all to you.
