I could not have been any happier with my first two expieriences with Dawn! I have lived here for 5 years and have tried a number of different salons. I have very curly and frizzy hair. Dawn was able to cut my hair exactly the way I asked. It is so much easier to blow dry and holds its style and curl. Next I decided ...which I have wanted to do for so long...to go red. I had the confidence and trusted Dawn could do it! AND SHE DID! I LOVE my hair color! I have gotten so many compliments! She was an absolute pleasure to work with! She ""got"" me! I have always has a stylist that would blow dry my hair straight....then you go out and about and everyone loves my hair....the problem is....it doesnt ever look like that again until I go back and have my hair done again!! Dawn blew my hair dry in a way that I would every time and gave me a few pointers. I have not been this happy with my hair since I left Florida 10 yrs ago! I also have to say I was very impressed on how the salon goes over with you exactly what they are going to do and lets you know BEFORE they even start what the cost will be! I have had so many times before ""sticker shock""! Not this time ...I actually added a few services along the way because I knew I was within my budget!
