I was very uncomfortable with filing for bankruptcy. Chang & Carlin LLP made me feel really comfortable. I didn't have money to pay them up front, and they were very patient with that. They let me know that I would need to pay them before they could do the filing. There was no harassment from them. They are not out to con you out of money, they are all about helping you to get through the system. They were very patient with me, and when I asked questions they were prompt with returning my calls and emails. They made the whole process very painless. Especially in a time where your pride is hurt, they are there for you and on your side. It's been about 2 years since I originally worked with them, and about a year since I completed the process. Even so, I emailed them about 3 months ago, a few times, with some questions that I had, and again, they were very prompt in getting back to me with proper answers. Just because the process is done, they don't forget about you.
