Dear Josh,
Just a note to let you know I appreciate the service I received from you and your staff. I am completely satisfied with my hearing aids. I did not know until I went through the process that the most important factor in determining success or failure with hearing aids is the skill and ability of the Audioprosthologist. Your years of experience and meticulous attention to detail resulted in hearing aids that worked perfectly for me the first time I wore them.
In addition, it was nice to be on the receiving end of an obvious commitment to improve the quality of people's lives through enabling them to hear as well as they can within the constraints of technology.
