I'm a Real Estate Agent and I sell homes where a lot of repair work needs to be done. I need to have a report clear of WDO, wood destroying organisms. Sometimes, there's wood rot that needs to be repaired before a home inspection. Other times, a house might need significant repairs to pass an inspection. I call Handyman Matters of Tallahassee for all of my repairs.
I know I'm not going to get one price quoted to me and then stuck paying something else. I can count on them to help me out if I get in a hurry and need a job done quickly. He is always professional and runs a clean job site. Every customer I've ever referred to them has been very happy with the work they've done.
When I use them, I never have any problems passing or mistakes in my reports. In today's housing market, you can't risk having issues pop up. I don't have to worry when I use Handyman Matters.
