Review content:
I've never ""reviewed"" any business, but I signed up for a Citysearch account to give a much-deserved thumbs up to For Your Eyes Only. My elderly father lives in a senior center nearby, and had a problem with his eyeglasses. One of the small plastic filaments that holds the lens in place had broken. Given that he has dementia, this was confusing and very worrying to him. It turns out that fortunately, FYEO is open for half a day on Saturday, so I took his glasses there. FYEO disassembled the glasses, and asked if it would be ok to put the frame through the ultrasonic cleaner. I agreed, figuring that would be an extra few dollars. When they were finished, the frame was clean, and both filaments had been replaced. When I asked how much I owed them, they answered, ""Oh, there's no cost"". I protested and asked if I could at least give them say, five dollars; they refused. Dad was s-o-o-o happy to have his glasses back, and I'm similarly happy to have found such an excellent store. I wear glasses myself, and For Your Eyes Only has earned a new customer for life.
