Had I checked the BBB website I would have seen this company has a F rating. I would not recommend this company. After purchasing their bait stations for $ 60 (which I have a receipt for) they came an removed the stations when I cancelled service. Also, after I cancelled service they billed me. I paid figuring they had not received my cancellation prior to billing. I reminded them again of the cancellation when they arrived at my door step prior to another service call. They left without servicing and still invoiced me. I called and they said they would take care of it and now are threatening legal collections for a $ 60 service they did not perform. We will be taking them to small claims court for the bait stations and will not be paying the invoice for service not performed.. I would not recommend this company.
