Review content:
We have used Anchorage Auto Electric for many years, since they have been in business. We knew Jim and Dan prior to them opening this shop, and we have used them as long has they have been open.
They are good about getting the cars in and out as fast as they can. They accommodate our needs, and if we are down to one vehicle they get it back to us as quickly as possible. If we have a lot of repairs they are good at telling us what we can do in stages. They tell us what needs to be done now and what can be put off in order to keep the car running well.
They have great customer service. They are always friendly and willing to help. If you need it they will drop you off. They are very accommodating to the customer and flexible. They are now open 6 days a week, so if I can't get in during the week they have availability on weekends.
