For everything I have had Anchorage Auto Electric & Classic Muffler do, which has been an awful lot of things, they have been very good with no comeback and no problems. I have been going there about 7 or 8 years, and I was using them before they were at this location.
I have told a lot of people about their service and have taken them down to personally meet Dan and Jim. As far as I know everyone has been satisfied with them. They have all been very good.
I have lived in Anchorage for 50 years, and I used to work out of town, so consequently I am always looking for places I can send my wife, daughter, or granddaughter if I am not available. They have all been to Anchorage Auto.
Everything I have ever asked them to do they will do. Sometimes they ask if I want an estimate and I tell them to just fix it. They always call whenever they are looking at a problem with what it is going to run. They have never gone over their estimate and are usually a little under it.
They have also always offered to save the parts or pieces for me. After so long working with them, I believe them. I don't have a single complaint. I have even sent 2 or 3 older ladies over there without husbands, and they were treated exactly the same as everyone else.
They are a good bunch of fellows, and they always take the time to listen to their customers. I don't care what time I call them, Jim, Dan, or someone else will take the time to listen to complaints and address the issue.
