If you want to be insulted and made to think that not bringing in the vacuum you paid $800 for at Gator Vacuum is a crime then feel free to patronize this store. The owner is nasty, arrogant and rude. There are many other Miele Authorized dealers in the area and Hepa replacement filters do not cost $59.95. You can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond for $49.95 then use a 20% off coupon. I was scammed into buying a $99.00 forever service plan - guess what, they won't honor it because I did not bring the vacuum in for a year, oh my.
