A great experience all the way around - from when we first stepped on the lot to look at vehicles to when I drove off with my new Cruze. Chuck was great - no pressure, but was ready with any information we needed, especially through the ""tour of features"" at the end. As a person whose previous vehicles wereless ""techy"" (manual locks/windows, more basic features) -- showing how a lot of the electronic features worked is appreciated (and saves some timereading the manual). Thanks for a great experience and we'll definitely consider Bobby Murray in the future, as well as recommend it to our friends.
