I took my BMW here and right off the bat, the customer service was great. Craig was very helpful and assured me he would fix the problem. Less than 5 hours later, my m5 was diagnosed and fixed. Not only was the customer service great, but the ethical practices were awesome. Craig did not try and give me anything unneccesary and when payment time came, there were no hidden charges. This shop is one of the best I have been to and they will be my number one choice for the future. Thanks.
