Review content:
Tyger is what you look for in a mechanic. Trustworthy, very competent, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Definitely one of a kind, and left such a good impression with me that he actually got me off my butt to sign up for Google to leave him a good review as thanks. I have always taken my car to dealerships for service, but after several bad experiences in a row where I felt cheated, manipulated, and lied to, I decided that enough was enough... time to find an independent shop. I brought my car down on a Friday and left it to be worked on. He called late that afternoon and let me know that not all the parts had arrived so he might not be able to finish. I probably should have told him in advance that I was from 2 hours out of town, but I asked him if there was any way he could get it done so we wouldn't be stuck. He made some calls and pulled out some kind of miracle to get the parts we needed on a Friday afternoon. He and his crew ended up working until something like 8PM to get the job done. Above and beyond the make me happy. Tyger, you have a customer for life!
