Sometimes car repair decisions are more than just ""Yes or No."" Faced with major transmission repair on my beloved 3 wagon, Lucas Auto Care continued to build my trust with talking me through all of my options...including ones that could be shall I say uncomfortable. I was agonizing about what to do and they knew it. As I've come to expect, these guys didn't pressure me, offered me friend-type advice and even recommended a used transmission that perfectly filled the bill. They facilitated the transaction and, in a day, my car was shifting away! Of course, the estimate was spot on, the work delivered on time and no surprises on the quality of workmanship.
