I have always fancied having the Persian carpets and I have a huge collection of them in living room, bed room and the guest rooms. It had been one year since I bought the last carpet.
I am a cleaning expert myself and own a lot of cleaning tool kits for the carpets and rugs. But, my husband insisted that I should approach an expert as the dust mites prevail if it is done properly.
Considering the cost to clean too many carpets and rugs, I did not like the idea. But, my idea changed when one of my favorite carpets lost its shape during the chemical cleaning process.
I was totally horrified and immediately I got the assistance of 911 Remediation. They took the carpets and steam cleaning was done for all the rugs and carpets. They also explained the reason for the carpet being spoiled.
Though, they gave me tips of proper steam cleaning, I did not want to take the risk of cleaning them myself. Why should I bother when I get the high quality cleaning with less cost?
