My husband and I used this service in early 2007, I am surprised that they are still in business after the way they ripped us off. We paid $1700 and received a word document and text file version of our resumes, along with a cover letter. We were told by the owner that he would provide additional services, such as, coaching, updated resumes, etc. We can't get them to return our calls nor our e-mails. The resumes are average at best, there's nothing about them that requires $1700. Please beware! In our recent attempt to contact them, we wanted the resumes updated with our current information(and why not after paying $1700), they would not return our calls. Once they have your money you may not hear from them.
Cons: Didn't keep his word.
