We are sorry to hear that this customer?s experience was less than enjoyable. On the day of appointment, our Technicians were held up in a previous appointment involving an elderly homeowner. Our Service Department is trained for our customers? utmost satisfaction and our Service Representative apologized profusely over the phone and offered her our earliest rescheduled appointment possible. During the appointment, It was discovered that the windows were not manufactured by Crystal. As sign of good faith and the fact that we know many of our lives had been disrupted due to Superstorm Sandy, we offered to compensate for the delay by performing repair works at free-of-charge, although the homeowner eventually chose to claim through insurance. The repair work was rescheduled and completed promptly.
