Doesn't even deserve the one star. Floor manager yells at you, car was switched for a lesser model when talking prices, therefore we wanted to check the VIN number when we decided on one and the sales guy walked out of the room telling us we were difficult? There's no reason to get upset over a VIN number unless you've once again switched the car. Were all set to pay for the car, signing papers and everything and he just walked out on us. The manager was not concerned and did nothing to help us out or even care that we were leaving. Went to Barry's Nissan in Dartmouth...much better service and even got a better price! Worst dealership experience possible.
