This company is a rip off!! They quoted one price over the phone and when they arrived , it turns out that that price was only the trip charge, which was $79. The problem with my dishwasher was that one washer arm had become detached and it took less than 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem by re-connecting two plastic connectors from the dish rack to the washer arm. For this they charged an additional $140!! This translates to an hourly charge of about $1200. The Tech then spent another 15 minutes trying to sell me additional, unwanted and unneeded ""filter cleaning"" services for my refrigerator and dryer vent.
