My oven started displaying an error code when trying the self clean function. Action Appliance came out and quoted me a price, but that price kept going up as they needed to replace more parts than they originally quoted me for. In the end, after they had replaced all the parts they needed, the oven still did not work--once my tenant suggested that perhaps it was a loose wire, the repairman checked and tightened up the wires--the oven worked fine. I'm not positive we needed to replace any parts at all. I'm not sure Action Appliance tried to take more money on purpose, or was just plain not able to effectively troubleshoot the problem in the first place.
