Horrible service
A very good friend of mine made reservations for her bridal party and herself (the bride) to have pedicures. The worst thing that happened while we were there happened to the bride. She was getting her manicure and the girl working on her nails messed up-she put some sort of chemical on at the wrong time and the bride's nails were all messed up. So, as someone else was fixing them she was burned 2 times and cut. When she told the manager that she didn't want to pay full price the manager got angry and said, ""No, you pay now!"" Well, the bride said she at least deserved a discount for their mistake and for making her late-like 50%. The manager said, ""10% discount, you pay and get out."" RUDE! From the moment we walked in the door we got dirty looks, the manager seemed angry, and the girls doing our nails were in a hurry. We had reservations so I don't think the manager could have been upset that there was so many of us, and there were not a lot of people waiting so I don't know why the girls worked so fast. It was the fastest pedicure I had ever had. Horrible service. I would never go there again.
