Review content:
When I first started going to Enso Nails, they were awesome. The person I had doing my nails (Kim) is great - and still is, when I can get her. The thing that has ticked me off lately is that about 7 of the last 8 times I've been there, I've called in advance, booked an appointment with Kim, only to find out I wasn't the only one who had an appointment with her when I get there. ""Oh, we're so sorry.. we don't know what happened."" is always the excuse. I end up having to either rebook and come back or have another technician do my nails. Once I can understand, but this often feels like it's on purpose because they figure I'll just go ahead and let someone else do it since I'm there. (Which I have done, but no more...) Then when the other person does it, I feel like they rush through my mani / pedi. I really don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth any more. After today's appointment, where the same thing happened, and where I let someone else do my nails (and he made my fingers sore in the process - on a regular gel manicure), I decided that was my last visit to Enso Nails. I gave them more than enough chances, and I've had it. Too bad. They used to be wonderful, and it's sad to see them go the way of so many other places.
