I have been going to The Fountain for over a year now, and I've been speaking with them for nearly 2 years....
When I first walked into the office, my partner and myself explained a lot about what we would like done, and then we were very thoroughly walked through the process, how to receive the best results, and what the best route for us was.
The Fountain wasn't just after our money, even though they're a business. They seemed genuinely concerned about having a very satisfied customer. We also shopped around to quite a few other places...
Their prices were easily the best in town, with the top of the line laser, and with the customer service we received when inquiring, we were sold.
Over the past year we have gotten our faces, neck, chest, abdomens, and other places done as well. They worked with us in doing everything they could to accommodate, whether it was having to cancel, running behind on payment, or just sheer comfort from the laser.
The fountain really went out of their way to help me out, and I will continue to give the best recommendations to this company. Oh, and by the way... permanent results. I easily look 10 years younger.
